Job summary

Kiehl’s, part of L’Oréal, is hiring a Keyholder in Woodburn, Oregon. This role supports the Store Manager to hit store and individual sales goals, delivers top-tier customer service, and maintains brand presentation. You’ll lead by example, train new staff, and ensure daily store operations align with business goals.

The position emphasizes customer relationships, service excellence, and adherence to company policies while driving productivity and a premium brand experience.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or cosmetic experience preferred.
• Customer service experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Delivers a best in class experience to customers.
• Upholds standards of customer service excellence.
• Leader in productivity.
• Regular attendance and timeliness for all scheduled shifts.
• Assist Store Manager in achieving store sales goals in conjunction with reaching individual sales goals established by management team.
• Enforce company policies and procedures.
• Perform open and close procedures for the store.
• Provide training to new store employees.
• Effectively execute visual directives, education selling tools and customer service standards.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
