ZP Connect is seeking certified interpreters to provide high quality video relay and on-site interpreting services. The role supports the Deaf and hard‑of‑hearing community and requires fluent ASL and spoken English, with strong interpreting skills and professional conduct.

Interpreters work in a call center setting or on-site at client locations, with travel as needed and adherence to NAD-RID standards. 18+ with available licensure credentials preferred.

Qualifications

• Must pass the company's interpreting skills assessment.
• Must attend and successfully complete a 40 hour New Hire Training.
• Three to five years of experience in interpreting (preferred but not required).
• You must be 18 years or older to apply.

Responsabilités

• Provide effective video relay service, video remote interpreting, and on-site interpreting for consumers.
• Support and model the company’s mission and values.
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a respectful and professional attitude.
• Adhere to all policies, FCC regulations, and professional conduct codes.
