Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in driving store execution and performance. You will lead the store staff when no manager is onsite, ensuring opening and closing procedures are completed accurately and on time.

This part-time role emphasizes customer service, merchandise presentation, and maintaining store standards. You will interact with customers, resolve issues, and uphold CVS customer service culture while ensuring confidentiality

Qualifications

Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

Manage effectively with store management and crews, directing activities and communicating information.
Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints; promote CVS service culture and handle customer relations per policy.
Price merchandise, stock shelves, execute displays, maintain signs and inventories per promotions and seasonal shifts.
