Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the CVS Store Management team in executing store operations and delivering excellent customer service. You will lead the store staff when managers are not onsite, ensure opening and closing procedures are completed, and maintain a high standard of customer care.

Key responsibilities include supervising the crew, communicating with management, assisting customers, and ensuring accurate merchandising and presentation.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning and analytical skills are required.
• Advanced communication and supervision skills are required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights, weekends; overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store staff in the absence of a manager and ensure opening/closing procedures.
• Supervise crew, assign and follow up on activities; communicate with management.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints; uphold CVS service standards.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, manage displays and inventory, and reset departments according to planograms.
