Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team and drive store execution with a focus on customer service. In the absence of a manager, you’ll lead the store staff, ensure opening and closing procedures, and help maintain a welcoming CVS/pharmacy environment.

You’ll supervise daily operations, assist customers, manage product displays, and support a culture of service excellence while protecting confidentiality and promoting safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in the absence of a manager or Operations Supervisor to ensure smooth operations
• Effectively communicate information to and from store management and crews
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints
• Promote CVS customer service culture by greeting, offering help and thanking customers
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality
• Price merchandise
• Stock shelves
• Execute displays, sign and inventory for weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise
• Execute the display and maintenance of off-shelf merchandise
• Reset departments following POGs
