Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the store management team and drive store execution. You will lead operations during shifts, ensure opening and closing procedures are completed, and contribute to a high level of customer service.

In this role you will supervise staff in the absence of a manager, coordinate merchandising tasks, and help maintain a positive shopping experience while protecting customer confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning and strong analytical skills with basic computer literacy.
• Advanced communication and supervision abilities.
• Flexible schedule, including early mornings, overnights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in the absence of the manager to ensure smooth operations.
