Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in driving store execution and a strong customer service culture. When no manager is onsite, you lead the staff and ensure opening and closing procedures are completed efficiently.

You will supervise crews, assist customers with questions, resolve issues, stock shelves, price merchandise, and maintain displays while upholding CVS standards for privacy and service.

• Flexible schedule, including early mornings, overnights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in the absence of management to ensure smooth store operations.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews.
• Assist customers, resolve questions and complaints while maintaining confidentiality.
• Implement merchandising plans: price merchandise, stock shelves, manage displays and seasonal signage.
• Support opening and closing procedures and uphold CVS customer service standards.
