Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the CVS Store Management team, drive store execution and customer service excellence. In the absence of a manager, you will lead the store staff and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.

You will supervise the crew, communicate with management and promotion of CVS service culture, while maintaining confidentiality and a positive shopping experience for all customers.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in the absence of a manager, ensuring store operations run smoothly.
• Supervise the crew by directing and following up on activities.
• Communicate effectively with management and crews.
