Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in driving store execution and customer service excellence. The role leads staff in the absence of a manager, ensures opening and closing procedures are completed, and helps create a positive shopping experience for customers.

The position emphasizes effective supervision, communication with management and crews, and strong attention to inventory, merchandising and patient confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Manage and collaborate with store management and crews.
• Supervise the store’s crew by directing and following up on activities.
• Communicate information between store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and maintain confidentiality.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and manage displays and inventory.
• Reset departments following planograms (POGs).
