Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in driving store execution and customer service excellence. This role leads staff in the absence of a manager, ensures smooth operations, and handles opening/closing procedures with a focus on safety and quality.

You will supervise crews, communicate with management, assist customers, and ensure merchandise is well-presented and properly stocked.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Flexible schedule including early morning, overnight and weekend shifts.
• Experience as a retail supervisor (preferred).
• High School Diploma Or Equivalent (preferred but not required).

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when manager is absent and ensure smooth operations.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints.
• Promote CVS customer service culture and greet customers.
• Maintain merchandise presentation and price merchandise.
• Stock shelves and manage displays for weekly, promotional and seasonal items.
• Reset departments following plan-o-grams (POGs).
