Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when no manager onsite and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed smoothly.
• Supervise the store crew by directing and following up on all activities.
• Communicate information effectively with store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and execute weekly, promotional, and seasonal displays.
