Job summary

CVS Health in Smyrna, GA is hiring a part-time Shift Supervisor to support store management in driving store execution and customer service excellence. When managers are absent, you lead the team through opening/closing procedures and ensure smooth operations.

You will oversee staff, assist customers, merchandise, and maintain store presentation while upholding CVS policies and a commitment to safety and quality. Evening and weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.
• Experience as a retail supervisor (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead the store staff in the absence of manager or Operations Supervisor and ensure smooth operations.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle customer questions and complaints.
• Merchandise, price, stock shelves, and maintain displays and weekly promos.
