Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the store management team and drive store execution with a focus on customer service. When managers are not on site, you lead staff, ensure opening/closing procedures, and maintain smooth operations.

You will supervise crew, handle customer questions, stock shelves, price merchandise and reset departments according to planograms. This part-time role offers benefits eligibility and a flexible schedule including early mornings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning and analytical thinking required.
• Advanced communication and supervision skills preferred.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, overnights, weekends and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when no manager is on site to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist customers and resolve questions or complaints while promoting store service.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves and ensure displays are set per planograms and promotions.
