Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the CVS Store Management team in driving store execution and performance. In the absence of management, you will lead staff and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed, while maintaining excellent customer service.

You will supervise crew, communicate effectively with management, and ensure accurate merchandising, pricing, and presentation across the store.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Manage store staff in the absence of a manager to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints while upholding CVS customer service culture.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and execute displays, signs and inventory per weekly/promotional/seasonal needs.
