Responsibilities

• Supervise the store staff and coordinate activities to support store management.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints to promote CVS customer service culture.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves and manage weekly/promotional/seasonal displays.
• Reset departments following planograms (POGs).
