Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support store management, drive store execution, and build customer loyalty through excellent service. When managers are not on site, this role leads staff, ensures opening and closing procedures, and keeps operations running smoothly.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store staff when there is no manager onsite.
• Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed.
• Supervise the crew and direct daily activities.
• Promote a positive customer experience and handle inquiries and complaints.
• Maintain shelves and merchandise presentation.
