Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team, ensuring smooth operations and a focus on excellent customer service. When there is no manager on site, you lead the store staff and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.

You will demonstrate strong communication, supervision, and problem-solving skills, with a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights and weekends. The position offers paid benefits and aligns with CVS standards.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Manage effectively with store management and crews; supervise the store’s crew through assigning, directing and following up of activities; communicate information to and from store management and crews
• Assist customers with their questions, problems and complaints; promote CVS customer service culture; greet, offer help, and thank customers; maintain customer/patient confidentiality
• Price merchandise; stock shelves; execute the displays, signs and inventory of weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise; reset departments following POGs
