Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in delivering excellent customer service and store execution. You will lead the store staff in the manager's absence, ensuring smooth operations and completing opening and closing procedures.

Responsibilities include supervising the crew, handling customer questions and complaints, merchandising, and maintaining store presentation while safeguarding confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in the absence of a manager to ensure smooth operations.
• Supervise the store crew through assigning, directing and following up of all activities.
• Effectively communicate information to and from store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service.
• Maintain customer confidentiality and stock shelves, price merchandise and manage displays.
