Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in delivering excellent customer service and store execution. When management is away, you lead staff, oversee opening/closing and ensure procedures are followed.

Responsibilities include supervising the crew, assisting customers, maintaining confidentiality, and handling merchandising, pricing and displays. Flexible hours and a benefits-aware part-time position.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning, analytical skills and computer skills are essential.
• Advanced communication and supervision abilities are required.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, overnights and weekends is needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when no manager is onsite and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Supervise crew by directing activities and communicating with management and staff.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints while maintaining confidentiality.
• Price, stock and reset merchandise; execute weekly, promotional and seasonal displays.
