Job summary

CVS Health is hiring a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team at CVS/pharmacy. You will help drive store execution, deliver excellent customer service, and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed when managers are not on site.

The role requires leadership of crew, effective communication with management, and a willingness to work early mornings, overnights, and weekends. Benefits are available for eligible hours.

Responsibilities

• Support store management to drive store execution and customer service.
• Supervise staff, assign and follow up on activities.
• Communicate effectively with management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints; promote CVS service culture.
• Merchandise, stock shelves and manage displays; reset departments as needed.
