Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support store management in driving ownership of store execution and customer experience. The role leads staff when managers are away, ensures smooth operations, and completes opening/closing procedures to maintain safety and quality.

Responsibilities include supervising crews, assisting customers, maintaining confidentiality, merchandising, and executing displays per planograms. Flexible scheduling and weekend shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations in the absence of a manager, ensuring opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Coordinate with store management and crews to drive execution and customer service.
• Supervise staff by assigning and following up on tasks and communicating clearly with management and crews.
• Support CVS customer service culture by greeting customers and resolving issues per policy.
• Maintain customer confidentiality and promote a positive shopping experience for CVS customers.
• Assist with price tagging, merchandising, shelf stocking, and weekly promotional displays.
• Execute department resets following planograms (POGs) and maintain off-shelf merchandise displays.
