Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Part-time Shift Supervisor to support store operations and drive customer service excellence. You will lead team members in the absence of a manager, ensure opening/closing procedures, and help maintain standards across merchandising, pricing, and presentation.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, assisting customers, resolving issues, and collaborating with management to uphold CVS Health's service standards. Evening and weekend availability is valued.

Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, overnights and weekends; overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage store operations in absence of manager.
• Supervise the store staff and assign tasks.
• Communicate effectively with management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions and resolve issues.
• Promote CVS customer service culture.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
• Price merchandise and stock shelves.
• Execute displays and inventory of weekly, promotional, and seasonal items.
• Reset departments following planograms.
