CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to join our CVS/pharmacy team. You will support store management, lead staff, and ensure smooth operations while delivering excellent customer service, greeting customers, and resolving issues.

You’ll help with price setting, shelf stocking, displays, and closing/opening procedures. The role emphasizes flexible scheduling including early mornings, overnight and weekends, with a typical 25 hours weekly commitment and competitive benefits for

• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Work effectively with store management and store crews.
• Supervise the store’s crew through assigning, directing and following up of all activities.
• Effectively communicate information both to and from store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints.
• Promote CVS customer service culture; greet, offer help, and thank.
• Handle customer relations in accordance with policy and maintain confidentiality.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and manage displays and seasonal merchandise.
• Reset departments after POGs.
