CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team and ensure smooth store operations while delivering excellent customer service. In the absence of a manager, you will lead staff, complete opening/closing procedures, and maintain high standards for customer care.

The role includes supervising crew, handling customer inquiries, presenting merchandise, and ensuring confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning and analytical skills required.
• Advanced communication and supervision skills expected.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, overnights and weekends, with availability for overtime.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in the absence of manager or Operations Supervisor.
• Oversee opening and closing procedures and ensure store operations run smoothly.
• Supervise crew, assign tasks, and communicate with management and staff.
• Assist customers and resolve questions, problems, and complaints.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, merchandise displays, and reset departments per planograms.
