Job summary

CVS Health is hiring a Part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team and drive store execution with a focus on exceptional customer service. When a manager or Operations Supervisor is not onsite, the Shift Supervisor leads the staff, ensures opening and closing procedures are completed, and maintains a smooth operation.

The role emphasizes teamwork, supervision, and hands-on merchandising, including price tagging, stocking shelves, and promoting weekly and seasonal displays.

Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Lead the store staff in the absence of a manager and ensure store operations run smoothly.
• Supervise the store crew, assign and follow up on activities, and communicate with management.
• Handle customer questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and maintain displays; reset departments after promotions or changes
