Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in delivering store execution and customer service excellence. You will lead the store crew when managers are not onsite, ensure opening and closing tasks are completed, and help maintain a welcoming, efficient CVS/pharmacy experience for customers.

This role emphasizes teamwork, communication, and a commitment to safety and quality while contributing to daily store performance.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations in the absence of a manager or Operations Supervisor.
• Supervise the store crew by assigning, directing and following up on tasks.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews.
