Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support store management and drive store execution. You will lead the store staff in the manager's absence, ensure opening and closing procedures are completed, and uphold CVS customer service standards to build loyalty.

You will supervise daily activities, communicate with management and crews, assist customers, and maintain product displays. This role emphasizes flexibility, strong communication, and a focus on a positive shopping

Qualifications

• Required: deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Required: advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Required: ability to work a flexible schedule including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts and respond to urgent issues at the store.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when no manager is onsite and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Supervise crew by directing and following up on all activities and communicating with management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and manage displays and weekly promotions.
