Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to help lead store operations and drive exceptional customer service. You will work closely with the CVS Store Management team to ensure smooth opening/closing, staff supervision, and adherence to company policies.

The role emphasizes customer experience, supervision, and merchandising tasks, including maintaining displays and price integrity. A high school diploma is preferred, with a typical 25 weekly hours.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning and analytical skills required.
• Strong communication and supervision abilities expected.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, overnights, weekends and overtime as needed.
