CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Part-time Shift Supervisor to support the CVS Store Management team by driving store execution and customer service excellence. You will lead staff in opening and closing procedures when managers are unavailable and ensure smooth operations across all daily tasks.

The role emphasizes effective communication, supervision, and hands-on oversight of merchandise, pricing, and presentation.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Manage store operations in collaboration with store management and crews.
• Assist customers, address questions and complaints, and promote CVS customer service culture while maintaining confidentiality.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and execute displays, inventories on a weekly, promotional, and seasonal basis
