Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in delivering store execution, customer service, and a safe shopping environment. When no manager is onsite, you lead the store staff, ensure opening/closing procedures, and help drive sales while maintaining adherence to company standards.

As a key frontline leader, you will supervise store crews and collaborate with management to ensure smooth operations, accurate merchandising, and a positive CVS customer

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff and assist store management in running store operations in the absence of a manager.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve questions or complaints to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Price, stock and present merchandise; manage displays and seasonal items; ensure departments are reset per planograms.
