Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support store management, drive execution and deliver exceptional customer service in our CVS/pharmacy locations.

You will lead staff in opening/closing procedures when managers are not onsite, supervise daily operations, merchandise displays, and maintain a positive shopping experience for customers while upholding company policies and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning and analytical skills required.
• Advanced communication and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, overnights, weekends

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations in absence of a manager or supervisor; support management in driving store performance.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues per policy; maintain confidentiality.
• Oversee merchandising, pricing and stock, ensuring displays are current and shelves are stocked according to planograms.
