Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support store management, drive store execution and customer loyalty through outstanding service. You will lead store staff when managers are off-site, ensuring opening and closing procedures are completed and operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities include supervising crew, assisting customers, maintaining confidentiality, and executing merchandising tasks.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in the absence of a manager, ensuring smooth operations.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote excellent service.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves and manage weekly, promotional and seasonal displays.
