CVS Health is hiring a part-time Shift Supervisor in Bay City, Texas, to support the Store Management team. You’ll lead store staff in the manager’s absence, ensure smooth operations, and complete opening and closing procedures to build customer loyalty through outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Must have deductive reasoning, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Strong communication and supervision skills required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when management is not on site and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Supervise crew by directing and following up on all activities and communicating with management.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and manage displays and seasonal merchandising.
• Reset departments following planogram updates.
