CVS Health is hiring a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the CVS Store Management team. The role focuses on driving store execution, building consumer loyalty, and maintaining excellent customer service.

You will lead when managers are unavailable, ensuring smooth operations and completion of opening and closing procedures. The position emphasizes teamwork, effective communication, and a proactive approach to customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when no manager or Operations Supervisor is onsite and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Coordinate with store management and crews to drive store execution and performance.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues per company policy.
• Maintain confidentiality and safeguard customer/patient information.
• Manage merchandise presentation, pricing, stocking, and weekly promotional displays.
• Communicate information effectively up and down the store hierarchy.
