CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team, drive store execution and customer service excellence. In the absence of a manager, you’ll lead the store staff, ensure smooth operations, and complete opening and closing procedures.

Key duties include supervising the crew, communicating with management and teammates, assisting customers, promoting CVS customer service culture, handling inquiries, and maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsabilités

• Manage store staff and supervise crew by assigning, directing and following up on all activities.
• Communicate information effectively with store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints; promote CVS customer service culture.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
• Price merchandise and stock shelves; execute displays, sign and inventory of weekly, promotional and seasonal merchandise.
• Reset departments following POGs.
