Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in driving store execution and customer service. In the absence of a manager, you lead staff, ensure opening and closing procedures, and help maintain environments that reflect CVS’s standards.

You will supervise crew, communicate with management, assist customers, price and stock merchandise, and support merchandise displays.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff and ensure store operations run smoothly.
• Supervise crew and assign tasks.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions and resolve issues.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
• Merchandise, price, stock shelves and manage displays.
