CVS Health in Texas City is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team, drive store execution, and deliver outstanding customer service when managers or supervisors are absent.

The role leads the store staff, ensures opening/closing procedures are completed, and covers management, customer service and merchandising responsibilities with a flexible part-time schedule and competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Must have deductive reasoning and analytical ability.
• Strong communication and supervisory capabilities.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, overnights and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Work effectively with store management and crews.
• Supervise the store’s crew through directing and follow-up of activities.
• Communicate information between management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions and issues.
• Promote CVS customer service culture and greet customers.
• Handle customer relations per policy and maintain confidentiality.
• Price merchandise and stock shelves.
• Execute displays, signage and inventory for weekly/promotional merchandise.
• Reset departments following planograms.
