Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team, drive store execution and build customer loyalty through excellent service. In the absence of management onsite, you will lead store staff and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.

You will oversee customer relations, maintain confidentiality, and support merchandising, pricing, shelf stocking and displays. A high school diploma is preferred; weekend and overnight availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning, analytical skills and computer skills required.
• Advanced communication and supervision skills required.
• Flexible schedule including early morning, overnight and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in absence of manager, ensuring store operations run smoothly.
• Handle customer questions, problems and complaints to promote a positive shopping experience.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, execute displays and manage weekly promotions.
