Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team and drive store execution with a focus on customer service excellence. This role leads staff when no manager is onsite and ensures smooth opening and closing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Support CVS Store Management in driving store execution and performance.
• Lead store staff when no manager is onsite and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Price merchandise and stock shelves; execute displays, signage, and inventory for promotions.
• Reset departments following planograms (POGs) and manage off-shelf merchandise.
