Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in executing store operations and enhancing customer service. The role leads the staff when managers are unavailable and ensures opening and closing procedures are completed accurately.

The ideal candidate has strong communication, supervision and problem-solving skills, and can work early mornings, overnights and weekends. Benefits are available for part-time roles where eligible.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Manage store operations in collaboration with store management and crews.
• Supervise the store's crew by directing and following up on activities.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and maintain displays and inventories.
