Job summary

QDOBA Mexican Eats is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead a fast-paced team and deliver an exceptional guest experience.

You’ll supervise during shifts, coach teammates, and help manage costs and operations while maintaining a welcoming, energetic environment across peak times.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or retail leadership experience is a big plus.
• Natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Great communicator, team player, and able to stay calm under pressure.
• Flexible with hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Committed to delivering great food and a positive vibe.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the team through flavorful, fast-paced shifts.
• Maintain high guest experience and energy on shift.
• Assist with training and coaching your crew daily.
• Help manage inventory, cash handling, and daily operations.
• Step in across roles—register, grill, line, and prep as needed.
• Keep the restaurant clean, safe, and running smoothly.
