Job summary

QDOBA Mexican Eats, part of Thrive Restaurant Group, is seeking a Shift Supervisor in Easley, SC to energize the team and deliver great guest experiences.

You will lead shifts, train teammates, help manage inventory and cash, and jump into various roles as needed to keep operations running smoothly and guests happy.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in restaurant or retail environments
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and adapt to fast-paced shifts
• Flexible with hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the team through fast-paced shifts
• Maintain high guest experiences and positive vibes
• Assist with training and coaching team members
• Support inventory, cash handling, and store operations
• Step in across roles (register, grill, line, prep) as needed
• Ensure the store is clean, safe, and runs smoothly
