Job summary

Thrive Restaurant Group’s QDOBA Mexican Eats location in Apex, NC is seeking a Shift Supervisor who leads with energy, supports a fast-paced team, and delivers outstanding guest experiences.

You’ll cover shifts nights and weekends, mentor crew, help with training, oversee cash handling, inventory, and safety, and keep the restaurant vibrant and clean while serving great food and great vibes.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or retail leadership experience is a major plus.
• Natural leader who thrives in hustle and fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communicator, team player, and able to stay calm under pressure.
• Flexible with hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Guide your team through flavorful, fast-paced shifts.

• Support training and coaching—building up your crew each day.
