QDOBA Mexican Eats in Columbia, SC is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead fast-paced shifts, guide a motivated team, and ensure an outstanding guest experience.

As the on-shift leader when the GM or AM isn’t present, you’ll support training, help manage inventory and cash, and keep the restaurant clean, safe, and running smoothly. This role thrives on energy, collaboration, and delivering great flavor and vibes.

Qualifications

• Restaurant or retail leadership experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication under pressure.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Focus on guest satisfaction and delivering great vibes.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams during fast-paced shifts and ensure guest satisfaction.
