QDOBA Mexican Eats in Knightdale, NC, is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead a fast-paced team, deliver great guest experiences, and keep operations running smoothly.

You’ll train, coach, and step in as needed across register, grill, line, and prep; nights, weekends, and holidays included. Thrive Restaurant Group supports growth and a people-first culture.

Qualifications

• Experience leading hospitality or retail teams is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to stay calm and effective under pressure.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Deliver energetic service and maintain positive guest experiences.
