Job summary

QDOBA Mexican Eats in Knightdale, NC is seeking a Shift Supervisor to energize the team, deliver great food, and enhance the guest experience during busy shifts. You’ll lead by example, coach colleagues, and help run daily operations with a can-do attitude.

As an hourly supervisor, you’ll manage cash and inventory, ensure safety and cleanliness, and step in wherever needed—from register to grill to prep—while keeping vibes positive and guests delighted.

Qualifications

• Restaurant or retail leadership experience is a major plus.
• You are a natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and composure under pressure.
• Flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
