Job summary

QDOBA Mexican Eats is seeking a Shift Supervisor who’ll lead flavorful, fast-paced shifts and keep guest experiences high. You’ll be the on-deck leader when the GM or AM isn’t present, guiding your team, coaching others, and handling quick decisions across the dining floor and front of house.

Be ready to jump in wherever needed—register, grill, line, prep—and help maintain safety, cleanliness, and smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Restaurant or retail leadership experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Flexible with hours (nights, weekends, and holidays).
