Job summary

QDOBA Mexican Eats, part of Thrive Restaurant Group, is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead on busy shifts and drive a vibrant guest experience. You’ll supervise team performance, support training, and step in across roles to keep service fast and friendly.

• Previous restaurant or retail leadership experience.
• Great communicator, team player, and able to stay calm under pressure.
• Flexible with hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Guide your team through flavorful, fast-paced shifts.
• Maintain high guest experience and positive vibes.
• Assist with training and coaching team members.
• Help manage inventory, cash, and operations.
• Jump in wherever needed—register, grill, line, or prep.
• Keep the restaurant clean, safe, and running smoothly.
