Job summary

RPM Pizza is hiring a Part-time Store Assistant Manager to lead shifts, deliver exceptional customer service, and support store objectives. You will oversee Team Members, uphold brand standards, and complete RPM and Domino’s training programs, including Pizza College courses.

You will work closely with the General Manager to meet performance goals, manage scheduling and labor, and ensure safety and sanitation across the store. This role offers growth and hands-on leadership opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older, 21 to drive.
• Successful completion of RPM training (e.g., Freshman class).
• Food Safety Certification as required by local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Uphold and represent RPM and Domino’s brand standards.
• Lead shifts in a high-volume environment to meet service, quality, and cleanliness goals.
• Train, coach, and develop Team Members to achieve performance expectations.
• Support scheduling, labor management, attendance, and punctuality.
• Maintain store safety, food safety, and sanitation standards.
• Resolve customer and Team Member concerns with a sense of ownership.
• Operate all store equipment, including ovens and food preparation tools.
• Demonstrate effective time management and multi-tasking skills.
• Maintain a positive, fun, and engaging environment for Customers and Team Members.
• Support inventory, ordering, and organizational processes.
• Implement marketing and operational initiatives.
• Partner with the General Manager to achieve store performance goals.
• Work a schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
