Qualifications

• This role requires 18+ years old and 21+ to drive where applicable.
• Successful completion of RPM training programs.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Food Safety Certification as required by local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Support store goals and safety standards.
• Train and develop Team Members.
• Assist with scheduling, labor, and attendance.
• Maintain inventory and assist with ordering.
• Implement marketing and operational initiatives.
• Collaborate with General Manager to reach performance targets.
• Work a schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
